WHO I AM
Twenty years of making hard things click
Write your awesome label here.
I became an instructional designer because I care about how people actually learn. For more
than 20 years, I’ve built training that helps people master complex systems — enterprise
platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce — usually while they’re still doing their day
jobs and can’t afford to get it wrong.
You might wonder what any of that has to do with driving a truck. Here’s the connection: my
whole career has been about taking complicated, high-stakes material and making it clear
enough to click for busy people under pressure. A new CDL driver is doing exactly that —
learning a lot, fast, with real safety on the line. The same craft I brought to those systems is
what I now bring to CDL training: clear explanations, real-world scenarios, and the confidence to
say, “I understand this. I can do this.”
